1. The following procedure is for the production of anti Distemper serum.
2. This serum is used subcutaneously for the elimination
of Distemper virus
form acutely infected dogs.
3. Early treatment is recommended. This usually
prevents the appearance of
secondary symptoms.
4. Always! treat for bacterial pneumonia for seven days!
5. Recovery from acute Distemper disease is usually within 12 to 48 hours.
6. This serum is species specific but can be induced
and used in any species
that is susceptible to Distemper, Measles, Rinderpest. {Conversations
